Spring & Summer Term
Same School But With Warm Weather

They say that BYU’s best kept secret is the Spring/Summer terms. You can take classes spring term, summer term, and/or spring/summer semester.

Why attend spring/summer classes?
+ More scholarship opportunities (Apply NOW, due Feb 1)
+ Fun summer outdoor activities in Provo (think hiking, boating, sports...)
+ Smaller class sizes
+ More on-campus job openings

Term classes are condensed to 8 weeks long. Enrollment is also a bit different – you are considered a full-time student if you enroll in 6 or more credits during spring or summer term.

It's Possible
Over 1,500 students study abroad each year from BYU – be part of it. There are over 148 study abroad and foreign internship options at BYU. Find your program HERE.

It's Affordable
BYU programs cost about half the amount of other study abroad programs. Use your scholarship and financial aid to help pay for your program.

You Can Get Credit
An academic program abroad will help you fulfill class requirements. Study under the tutelage of a BYU professor in another country.

It's An Investment
Get a competitive edge in the job market with international experience. Become a better, more well-rounded person (plus who doesn't want to say they traveled to Nepal to learn more about global health?!)

Attend the BYU Leadership Experience: The Summit

All distinguished Brigham Young University alumni have one thing in common–they started their legacy at this incredible institution of learning. This two-day conference allows BYU alumni to share their inspiring journeys and teach students how to make an impact in the world.

On Friday and Saturday, February 7-8, students can learn how to make the most of their BYU experience and gain leadership skills that will equip them to make a difference in the world. Here’s the schedule:
