Honor Week is a whole week set aside each year to celebrate what it means to be a student at BYU. The purpose of Honor Week is to encourage students to develop and internalize commitment to personal integrity by recognizing the unique mission and educational experience provided by BYU.

Tax Help
Submit By April 15th 

The BYU Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program is a partnership between BYU Beta Alpha Psi and the IRS. The program offers free help to people who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns.

BYU’s certified volunteers provide services for:
        + Filing individual federal and state returns using e-file
        + Explaining education credits and deductions
        + Answering FAFSA tax return questions

Learn more at vita.byu.edu. The lab is currently taking walk-ins at the lab, located at W139 TNRB. You’ll need your social security card, photo ID, W-2 and 1098-T forms, bank info, and about 90 minutes.

1. Attend the Research Carnival. Do you want an internship or research experience, but don't know where to start? There's a club on campus to help. This is an amazing opportunity to network, learn more, and have fun! Attend the carnival Wednesday, February 19th. 

2. Attend the Devotional. Don't miss out on the Devotional next week with Elder Terence M. Vinson, Presidency of the Seventy. Watch in person at the Marriott Center on Tuesday at 11:05 AM or live on BYUtv.

3.  Ladies – Need a Haircut? Donate your hair to women and children with hair loss! Get your hair cut and styled for FREE by a Studio 2010 stylist on Feb. 11 from 12 - 3 PM, and Feb. 12 from 10 -1 PM, in the WSC Terrace. Learn more.
4. Celebrate Douglass Day! The Research and Writing Center is co-sponsoring a transcription event on Feb 14 from 11 AM - 2 PM. Help transcribe the papers of Anna Julia Cooper.
