Hey Cougars,

This week we have important information about some of BYU's online resources! Learn about Enrollment Services, YMessage, and myBYU. These resources will help you as you prepare to come to BYU!
Enrollment Services
Checklists and Helpful Information

Enrollment Services’ website is a great place to start when thinking about:

+ Financial Aid
+ Missionary Deferments
+ Records
+ Registration
+ Scholarships
+ Student Accounts

Enrollment Services provides checklists for students and quick links. Helpful checklists include checklists for New Freshman, Departing & Returning Missionaries, International Students, and Transfer Students. Use these lists to make your experience simple and low stress.

In addition to viewing their website, you can contact Enrollment Services through YMessage or by calling 801-422-4104.

YMessage
Secure Communication with BYU

YMessage is a secure form of communication that allows you to communicate with BYU about your student record. Other common methods of communication such as your personal e-mail service, text messaging, etc. are less secure.

In YMessage, you will access important notifications and can discuss personal items regarding your:
+ Admissions and Registration (including mission deferments)
+ Academic Advising
+ Academic Record
+ Financial Account (including financial aid and scholarship award notifications)
+ Student Health Plan

At any time, you may log into YMessage (ymessage.byu.edu) to check for new items in your YMessage account or send an email regarding any of the topics above.

YMessage will notify you in the evening via e-mail (through the email you provided to BYU) if there are new items you have not yet opened throughout the course of the day. New items may include new messages or tasks sent to you by the University.

You may also view appointments you have made and the status of tasks the University is performing on your behalf.
