Happy 4th of July!
Let Freedom Ring

This Saturday is the 4th of July, we hope you enjoy this weekend and get to take some time to celebrate! If you are in/near Provo, the Stadium of Fire fireworks show will take place from three simultaneous locations: LaVell Edwards Stadium at BYU, Footprinter Park in southwest Provo, and Mountain View HS in Orem. See the show from all around the valley, with a special soundtrack playing on KSL Newsradio to accompany the fireworks.

For those in Summer Term classes, Friday classes are canceled for the holiday on Saturday. Enjoy the day off!
Summer Activities
What is there to do this Summer?

We wanted to share a few ideas of fun things to do this summer

+ Outdoors Unlimited - rent outdoors equipment including bikes, rafts, camping gear, and more. Check out their website or follow them on Instagram.
+ Hiking - if you are in Utah there are tons of places to go hiking and enjoy the mountains. Check out this list of the 50 best hikes in Utah Valley.
+ BYU Intramural Stay at Home Activities - click on this link to view the stay at home summer challenges and enter to win.
+ Read a Book - re-read your favorites or find new books to explore. Reading is a great way to relax while keeping your mind active.
+ Make a Bucket List - What do you want to do or accomplish this summer? Make a list with a few of these things so you don't forget them. Then, cross them off as you go. Get creative and include things like climbing a tree, doing a slip n' slide, or cooking a new food.
+ Do a Project - Is there a project you or your family have been wanting to do? Spend some time painting a room, rearranging, organizing your closet, etc. If you aren't into home improvement projects, get artsy with a smaller craft project.
